Luis Osuna Vidaurri to moderate tourism panel at Summit 2022

The Chef and CEO of Grupo Panama will moderate the panel Regional Tourism for Prosperity.

Gastronomy is a pillar of tourism, and the symbiosis between the two industries has given rise to the concept of gastronomic tourism and one person who knows about it is the Chef. Luis Osuna Vidaurri.

One day the Mazatleco set out to promote the name of Sinaloa through its gastronomy. Today he is the general director of Panama Group and founding Chef of Cayenna, World Cuisine.

Osuna Vidaurri worked since he was a child in different areas of the company founded by his parents in the 1970s in Mazatlan.

In his youth, during the 1990s, he emigrated to Mexico City to study at the Ambrosia Institute, where he trained as a chef in culinary arts and restaurant management.

Upon returning to SinaloaIn 2000, he joined Grupo Panamá and in 2004 assumed the position of Director of the Restaurants Division, helping to technify the operation of the area.

Since 2012, he has been CEO of Grupo Panamá, achieving the goal of professionalizing each of the company's areas.

Osuna Vidaurri holds a Master's Degree in Mexican Cuisine and Contemporary Cuisine from The Culinary Institute of America in New York; he has a Diploma in Senior Management from IPADE and is a member of different institutions related to the business, financial and altruistic sectors.

The Chef will moderate the Regional Tourism for Prosperity panel during the Summit 2022 Mission Prosperity that organizes Sea of Cortez Forumfrom November 16 to 18, at Los CabosBaja California Sur.
