"As Don Gaston Luken told us at last year's Summit: those of us who live in Baja California, Baja California Sur, Nayarit, Sinaloa and Sonora are responsible for properly managing this piece of planet that is ours, called the Sea of Cortez Region," he recalled.
He stressed that this part of the world is not only the sea and its beautiful whales, but also the quality of the air, the health of the soil and, above all, the dignity of the people.
