Public Accountant from Tecnológico de Monterrey, MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business and holder of several degrees and certifications in prestigious training centers and national and international institutions, he has combined his multidisciplinary profile with the principles and personal and professional values that he practices in his daily performance, which have given him the guideline to passionately develop each of his activities.

With a trajectory backed by his participation in public and private companies and institutions, including Grupo Financiero Banamex in the northwest of the country and in the southern United States, Agilent Technologies and Hewlett Packard in Silicon Valley, the Sinaloa State Government, and also as a member of the LXII Legislature of the Sinaloa State Congress. He currently serves as General Director of Foro Mar de Cortés.
