Businessman, executive and civil servant, noted for his proactive participation in business organizations, private companies and public service. Industrial and Systems Engineer by ITESM, Master in Business Administration by IPADE, Master in Family Educational Counseling by the University of Navarra and studies in economic and business topics by Harvard Kennedy School and SenShu University in Tokyo, his professional life has developed in parallel between the private industry and the public sector, as well as Independent Director of some private companies.  

He has an important managerial expertise in private banking in the northwest of the country, and with an outstanding participation as a businessman in the furniture and real estate industry, he has been a faithful promoter of the economic development of the region, participating in public service as Undersecretary of Economic Promotion in Sinaloa and Federal Delegate of the Ministry of Economy in Sinaloa. 

He has served as an important link within groups and organizations such as CODESIN, COPARMEX and the Sinaloa Businessmen's Council. He is currently the Executive President of Foro Mar de Cortés.
